Eyewitnesses and local residents expressed concern over the incident, highlighting the risks of blindly relying on digital maps without verifying road conditions. "Many shortcuts shown by these apps are unfit for vehicles, especially during bad weather," said a local villager.

This incident underscores the importance of exercising caution while using navigation apps, particularly in rural or poorly maintained areas. Travelers are advised to cross-check routes and avoid shortcuts in adverse weather conditions to prevent accidents.

Authorities have yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident. However, the episode serves as a reminder for drivers to prioritize safety and remain vigilant, even when technology offers convenient alternatives.
